I had a great stay at a good hotel in a great location. My room was spacious with comfortable beds, a table, chairs, and a workbench. The bathroom was really good, clean, and had a wall heater. I loved the balcony with its fine view of the Matterhorn. The continental breakfast was excellent and the dining room was lovely. The reception staff and breakfast lady were friendly and cute. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Superb location near train station and supermarket. Upgraded double room has outstanding view of Matterhorn. Charming breakfast room with delicious options. Helpful and friendly staff. Cozy balcony with direct view of mountain. Bathroom spacious with proper separation. Comfortable stay.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage early and even checking if our room was ready. And wow, were we surprised when we were upgraded to a room with a direct view of the Matterhorn from our balcony! The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. But the real highlight was the breakfast - served in a charming room with beautiful pine paneling and delicious food, including the best rolls I had in Switzerland.
No complaints whatsoever - everything was perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to reach. there is a Migros supermarket close by, which is convenient for any grocery needs. The rooms are comfortable, with a double bed that is free from the dreaded gap between two singles. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers a decent variety of options.
One downside is that the hotel is located near a popular Apres bar, which can result in noise until midnight, making it difficult to sleep.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and main street. The staff was friendly and helpful, even arranging for a driver to pick up our luggage so we could head to Gornergrat. Really clean and cozy rooms with a spacious balcony and a view. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food and great coffee.
